Judy O'Connell, a Fine Art Degree Graduate from the Crawford College of Art, Cork, lives and works in West Cork where she inspires her students with an appreciation of all aspects of the art world.
Judy O'Connell herself is inspired by images of the sea and rocks, the play of light on the water surface and sea foam. Along with the ever changing skies and the subtlety of the cloud formations, Judy's delicate translucent landscapes are what she considers to be 'portals of meditation celebrating the moods of the ocean'.
